At E-Z Ink, we stand behind the quality of our printing supplies and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware and consumables. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and replacements to ensure your printing never stops.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics or ink cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
